He got qualification as International Corporate Lawyer in Michigan (USA), Ireland and U.K.. He is consultant for company’s internationalization in Western markets, Central and eastern European countries, Middle and Far East countries, Russian Federation, North Africa, India, South America. He teaches at Economics and Trade Universities of Turin, Milan, Venice and at Corporate and Administration Schools of Turin, La Spezia, Parma, Aosta, University College of Dublin in economics, finance, financial mathematics and management. He was speaker in seminars and conferences at Companies Association of Turin, Alessandria, Biella, Trento, Vicenza, Milan and Monza, at Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce.

Experiences:
From 1968 to 2003 he worked at Gruppo Reconta Touche Ross, then renamed as Gruppo Reconta Ernst & Young, as auditor and legal Senior Partner with tasks of auditing balance sheet of Italian and foreign companies of FIAT Group (such as financial, editorial, insurance and manufacturing companies), of Burgo Group (paper and financial companies), of Cinzano Group, he made due diligence of Banca Mercantile di Firenze and of other 27 private and public companies, included companies quoted at stock exchange. From 1977 to 1981 he has worked at Detroit e Chicago with tasks of auditing and legal management for Freuhauf Co., Freuhauf International Ltd, Freuhauf Trailer Division, Polk Building, Chrysler Co., Sears, Wilson Diary, Michigan Metal Processing Co., Bank of Detroit, etc. From 1991 to 2001. He worked at Praha, Bratislava, Warsaw, Budapest with tasks of partner in charge and Team Leader - on behalf of European Commission - of Programme Management Unit (PMU) and PHARE Privatisation and Restructuring Programme to support the governments of Czechoslovakia (then Czech Republic and Slovakia), Poland and Hungary for the restructuring and privatization of the following sectors: electronic, weaponry, civil and military shipbuilding, transport sector and steel. In 2003 he founded FLZ Consulting Limited with seat at Dublin, Ireland, for following services: auditing, management consulting, international corporate law, chartered accountancy, administrative organization, tax planning, outsourcing, financial – accountancy - legal due diligence, feasibility studies for incorporation of joint ventures, finance finding (BERS; World Bank etc) for investments in Ireland, North and South America, Western – Central - Eastern Europe, Middle East, Far East, North Africa, India, China.
